Take Minnesota – where massive fraud scandals tied to public programs have become so outrageous that even national media can’t ignore it. The scale is grotesque: millions upon millions siphoned away while families struggle to afford groceries.
Then look at California – where the so-called “High-Speed Rail” project has turned into a legendary money incinerator. Billions spent. Years wasted. Promises broken. And still no functioning system.
It’s not a rail project.
It’s a laundering operation disguised as infrastructure.
And while this happens, Congress – the branch that is supposed to control spending – sits there like a paid-off referee watching a rigged fight.
Republicans scream in campaign ads and then fold in office.
Democrats protect the machine because the machine protects them.
This isn’t “left vs. right.”
This is the ruling class vs. the people.
So here’s the New Year’s proposal that should be shouted from rooftops:
TRUMP SHOULD PARDON AMERICA – PREEMPTIVELY – AND PUT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ON NOTICE
Next week, for New Year’s, President Trump should sign an executive order and proclamation that offers every legal U.S. citizen – who has lived here for more than 10 years – a sweeping preemptive federal pardon for specified federal income tax penalties tied to political protest and civil defiance including not paying your federal income tax..
Yes, preemptive.
Because the precedent is already in the air. Preemptive pardons have been debated and defended by legal scholars as within presidential power, and they’ve been dragged into the modern political era.
So let’s be blunt:
If the political class can weaponize government, redefine norms, and protect their allies no matter what they do…
Then the American people should demand the same protection.
Because here is the raw reality:
The IRS will hunt a working father over a paperwork error like he’s a cartel leader.
But when government agencies “lose” billions, fund scams, burn money on fake projects, and reward failure?
Nothing happens.
No prison.
No accountability.
No consequences.
Just press conferences and more funding.
That is not a government.
That is a criminal enterprise with a flag.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT “NOT PAYING TAXES.” THIS IS ABOUT MAKING THE SYSTEM PROVE IT DESERVES THEM.
The goal of this proposal is not chaos.
The goal is to force a showdown – a moment where the parasite class is finally put on defense.
Imagine the national message:

WHY THIS WOULD TERRIFY WASHINGTON
Because Washington can survive protests.
